Delany is the Vice President of Human Resources for NovaSignal. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and the overall employee experience. Delany joined the company in 2017 and, with a people-first mentality, has supported the company from an early-stage startup to a commercial business.
Delany is originally from New Jersey where she earned her degree in Human Resource Management, and is a SHRM Senior Certified HR Professional.
